The Yavapai County Law Library’s mission is to provide access to legal information – print and non-print – and information services to the general public and the citizens, legal community and court staff of Yavapai County in a prompt, impartial, economical manner. The Law Library assists library and self-service users in locating resources to facilitate their research and provides access to legal forms for filing in the Superior Court of Yavapai County.
The print collection at the Law Library consists of books and other print materials for Arizona and Federal law, legal forms, reporters and digests, self help, treatises, dictionaries and encyclopedias. The non-print resources are provided through public access computers located in the Law Library and in the Self Service Centers. The Law Library has public access computers that include free access to Westlaw, access to the Internet for other state and federal websites and MS Word. The Self Service Centers have public computers with access to the Internet and there is a phone at the Camp Verde Self Service Center that has a direct line to the Law Library. Photocopies and computer printed copies are available at the Law Library and Self Service Centers.
