Honorable Joseph P. Goldstein

Judge Goldstein moved to Idaho, attended Boise State University receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and went on Southern Methodist University School of Law receiving his Juris Doctor degree.
Judge Goldstein is admitted to practice law in Arizona, Texas and Illinois, as well as before the United States Supreme Court. He had been in private practice for twenty years before being appointed to the Superior Court by Justice Robert Brutinel, after the retirement of Judge Rhonda Repp. Judge Goldstein’s current case assignments include domestic matters and Title IV-D cases.
Judge Goldstein has been active with the local Bar Association, Divorce 101 Program, Community Legal Services, Meals on Wheels, High School Mock Trial Competition and Yavapai County Search and Rescue.
